Acceptable use policy

• Do not contact, pressure or incentivise a volunteer to bypass consent controls or to share data outside the platform.
• Do not misrepresent a study, its risks, its compensation or its screening requirements.
• Do not use Clinical Study Passport to recruit for a study that lacks the approvals required in its jurisdiction.

• No bulk export, scraping, crawling or automated harvesting of records.
• No attempt to re-identify de-identified eligibility signals.
• No resale, sublicensing or onward disclosure of released volunteer data.
• No use of released data after a grant expires or is revoked, and no use for a purpose other than the one stated in the grant.
• No sharing of accounts, tokens or QR verification codes.

• Publish only accurate, current capability and regulatory information about your own organisation.
• Do not create duplicate or impersonating organisation listings.
• Do not send briefs or messages that are unrelated to clinical research partnership.

• Do not probe, scan or circumvent access controls, rate limits or authentication.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt availability.
• Do not reverse engineer the platform to build a competing extraction service.

Suspected violations may lead to warning, listing removal, suspension or termination, and where volunteer data has been misused, notification of affected volunteers and the relevant authorities. Report a concern from your account or through the contact route published on the platform.
